Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to employees and manage day-to-day IT operations. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and maintaining equipment, and ensuring optimal network performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and update computer systems and software
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity problems
  • Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations and troubleshooting guides
  • Ensure data security and backup protocols are followed
  • Collaborate with external vendors to resolve complex issues
  • Assist in training employees on IT tools and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience with network administration and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple support tickets and prioritize tasks effectively
