The Catering Manager will oversee all aspects of our catering operations, ensuring exceptional service and high-quality food for events and functions. Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and dietary needs, providing personalized recommendations and menus
- Develop and maintain catering menus, ensuring variety, quality, and presentation that align with the brand’s standards

- Coordinate logistics for catering events, including setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly
