We are looking for a highly skilled Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing strategic financial advice to clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations
• Conduct audits of financial statements for individuals and businesses, identifying discrepancies and providing recommendations for improvement
• Provide tax planning and compliance services, preparing and filing tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Advise clients on financial decisions, including investments, mergers, acquisitions, and other financial matters
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to enhance financial reporting
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices
• Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and develop customized solutions
• Mentor and train junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients and management, highlighting key financial metrics and insights
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to maintain CPA certification and stay current in the field

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Active CPA certification is required
• 3-7 years of experience in public accounting or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and auditing standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, with advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
