  • Collaborate with other fishermen and industry professionals to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Stay informed about fishing regulations, quotas, and environmental conservation efforts.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in fishing or a related field is preferred but not always necessary.
  • Knowledge of various fishing techniques, gear, and marine life.
  • Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy equipment and perform manual labor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to adapt to changing conditions and challenges on the water.
  • Familiarity with local fishing regulations and sustainability practices.
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR is advantageous.
