We are hiring a Live-In Housekeeper to maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning home for a family or individual. You will be responsible for cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and other household duties, ensuring the home runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain the home, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Perform laundry duties, including washing, ironing, and organizing clothes
- Organize and tidy rooms, ensuring all areas of the home are in order
- Prepare meals according to the family’s preferences, including grocery shopping if needed
- Handle general household management tasks, such as receiving deliveries and managing household supplies
- Occasionally assist with childcare or pet care, if required
- Report any necessary repairs or maintenance issues
Requirements:
- Prior experience in housekeeping or home management
- Ability to live in the employer’s home full-time, with accommodations provided
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Trustworthy, reliable, and able to work independently
- Flexibility to handle varied tasks based on the family’s needs
Work Environment:
- Live in the employer’s home, performing household tasks and duties
- Physically moderate tasks involving cleaning and organizing
- Regular interaction with the household members and occasionally outside contractors
