Study and evaluate various technical solutions and scenariosStudy and evaluate various electrical conceptsCalculate profitability of various investment scenarios with their related investments and operation costs (IRR, NPV, EVA)Propose the best technical and economical solution
Project management/ execution:
Support brown- or greenfield plant investment projects according to internal proceduresPrepare technical specifications and bid documentsSupport projects with responsibility in terms of plant design, quality, cost, time and performance as well as multinational project teamsEnsure an efficient project reporting systemEvaluate tenders in terms of electrical design and proposed technical solutionsNegotiate contracts, assisted by the procurement and legal departmentReview plant electrical designFollow up and coordinate suppliers and construction workAssure achievement of the project safety requirements and targets Conduct commissioning and performance testsWatch technical developments and support technical design criteria and standardsProvide plant employees, trainees, and engineers with necessary technical training
Operational Support:
Provide troubleshooting to plant electrical systemPerform Electrical System Audits for high/ medium/ low voltage switch gear systemsProvide innovative solutions to the plant using Industry 4.0/ Digitalization techniques
Bachelor degree in electrical engineering or equivalentMinimum 8-10 years professional experience in engineering companies engaged in heavy industries, building materials industries or similarUnderstanding of contractual matters (negotiation and legal aspects)Strong knowledge in electrical engineering especially high/medium/low voltage switch gear, motor & drive technologyKnow-how and application of state of the art media and information technologyExperience in project management, problem solving and creativity, strategic thinking and decisivenessFluency in English, knowledge of German and/or Russian being an advantageBasic entrepreneurial thinking and actingSocial competence Good organizational skills and self-managementMulticultural experience and understanding, especially in the CIS Region Willingness to extensively travel abroad (up to 50%)
