We are seeking a skilled Cook to prepare meals and assist with kitchen operations. You will follow recipes, ensure food quality, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure food is cooked and served at the correct temperature
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen, following health codes
- Monitor inventory and report low stock levels
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping and marinating
- Operate kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, and fryers
Requirements:
- Prior cooking experience in a restaurant or food service setting preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
