We are seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative to handle late-night inquiries and provide support to customers via phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner
  • Provide assistance with orders, account issues, and product information
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers through solutions
  • Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers
  • Collaborate with the day-shift team for smooth transitions and updates

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm and helpful in high-pressure situations
  • Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate customer service software

Work Environment:

  • Office or call center environment, working at a desk for most of the shift
  • Minimal supervision, with focus on independent problem-solving during overnight hours
  • Occasional interaction with other team members or supervisors
