We are looking for a skilled IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance to staff and clients. You will troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues, configure systems, and offer general IT support.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues for computers, printers, and other devices
  • Provide technical support for network and system-related issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks
  • Assist with system upgrades and software installations
  • Provide training to staff on new systems and software
  • Maintain accurate logs of user issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex issues

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networks
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills for working with non-technical users
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • CompTIA A+ or similar IT certifications preferred

Work Environment:

  • Indoor office environment with frequent use of computers and IT equipment
  • Interaction with various departments and staff across the organization
  • Combination of desk work and hands-on technical troubleshooting
