We are looking for a Field Service Technician to perform on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs for a variety of equipment. This position requires frequent travel to customer locations, providing support and technical expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer locations to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
- Perform regular maintenance on machinery and systems
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting to customers
- Install new equipment and ensure it is operating correctly
- Train customers on the operation and maintenance of equipment
- Keep detailed records of services provided, parts replaced, and repair timelines
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently
- Experience in field service or related technical roles
- Technical certifications are a plus
Work Environment:
- Frequent travel to customer sites, including outdoor and industrial environments
- Physically demanding tasks, including lifting and working in confined spaces
- Interaction with customers and technical support teams
