We are seeking a Biomedical Equipment Technician to maintain and repair medical equipment used in hospitals and clinics. You will ensure that all equipment operates safely and efficiently, supporting healthcare professionals in patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, repair, and maintain medical equipment such as ventilators, monitors, and defibrillators
• Perform routine safety checks and calibrations on medical devices
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and make necessary repairs
• Maintain detailed service records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Assist in the installation and configuration of new medical equipment
• Train healthcare staff on the proper use and maintenance of equipment
• Respond to emergency repair requests for critical equipment

Requirements:

• Knowledge of medical equipment technology and repair techniques
• Certification in biomedical equipment technology is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Physical ability to move heavy equipment and work in clinical environments
• Excellent communication skills to work with healthcare staff
