Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to oversee multiple retail locations within a designated region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a positive work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to implement company strategies across multiple sites.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the performance of assigned stores, ensuring they meet sales, profitability, and operational standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and enhance customer experience in each location.
• Monitor store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and visual merchandising, to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide leadership and support to store managers, including coaching and training to enhance their effectiveness.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, provide feedback, and ensure consistency across locations.
• Collaborate with marketing and corporate teams to execute promotional initiatives and community engagement activities.
• Manage budgets and control expenses to optimize profitability within the region.
• Foster a positive company culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and employee development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field; equivalent experience is also acceptable.
• Proven experience in retail management or multi-unit management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop others.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
• Willingness to travel to various store locations as needed.

Work Environment: This position requires frequent travel to multiple retail locations within the assigned area. The Area Manager will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with store teams to achieve company objectives and maintain high operational standards.
