Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our sales team. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing high-value client accounts, developing strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of market dynamics, and a proven track record in sales. Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to maximize account value.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective service delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable agreements.
  • Mentor and guide junior account executives, sharing best practices and supporting their development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Account Executive, Account Manager, or similar role, preferably in [industry or sector].
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and account management practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop actionable plans to drive growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Availability to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
