Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with leadership to define the organization’s strategic objectives and long-term vision
- Develop and maintain strategic plans that outline actionable initiatives, timelines, and resource allocations
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, providing recommendations for adjustments and improvements
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops, encouraging input and collaboration from various stakeholders
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, strategies, and recommendations to senior management and the board of directors

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or management consulting
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and strategic planning software tools
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus
