We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical AI Analyst to join our team and support our AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data, developing insights, and evaluating AI models to help drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. This role requires a strong foundation in data analytics, machine learning, and statistical analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to support the development and evaluation of AI models and algorithms
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to understand model performance and identify areas for improvement
• Conduct thorough analyses of AI outputs, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Develop and implement metrics to measure the success and impact of AI initiatives on business objectives
• Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings and present complex data in a clear and understandable manner
• Participate in model validation processes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and adherence to ethical standards
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and machine learning to enhance analytical capabilities
• Support training initiatives to enhance AI literacy within the organization, sharing knowledge and best practices
• Assist in preparing documentation related to AI models, including technical specifications and analytical methodologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on data-driven strategies and initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role, preferably with exposure to AI or machine learning
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools is a plus (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn)
