We are seeking an experienced and proactive Staff Manager to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities of our team. The Staff Manager will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising employees while ensuring high performance and efficiency across departments. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills to maintain a motivated and productive team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for new staff members
  • Provide training and professional development opportunities to ensure staff are well-equipped for their roles
  • Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
  • Monitor staff performance and productivity, implementing corrective actions when necessary
  • Develop and implement staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and adherence to operational requirements
  • Maintain open communication with employees, addressing concerns, suggestions, and resolving conflicts
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to keep the team informed of company goals, policies, and changes
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure staffing needs are met and aligned with business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulations, and labor laws
  • Assist with payroll, timekeeping, and attendance management to ensure accuracy in compensation
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a staff manager or in a similar leadership role (3+ years preferred)
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with scheduling, payroll management, and team performance evaluations
  • Solid problem-solving skills and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Proficient in using management tools, such as HR software and timekeeping systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, human resources, or a related field is preferred but not required
