We are seeking a talented HR Content Writer/Researcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content related to human resources, talent management, and employee engagement. You will conduct in-depth research to support content creation and ensure that all materials reflect current trends and best practices in the HR field.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality written content for a variety of HR-related materials, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, newsletters, and social media posts
  • Conduct thorough research on HR topics, industry trends, and emerging practices to ensure content accuracy and relevance
  • Collaborate with HR professionals and subject matter experts to gather insights and information for content creation
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Create engaging presentations and reports based on research findings and HR metrics
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of published content, making recommendations for improvements and updates
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attending conferences, webinars, and other events to gather insights and network with HR professionals
  • Assist in developing HR communication strategies to effectively convey company policies, initiatives, and updates to employees
  • Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives by providing research and writing assistance as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, English, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in content writing, research, or communications, preferably within the HR industry
  • Strong understanding of human resources concepts, practices, and trends
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to simplify complex HR topics into clear and engaging content for various audiences
  • Proficiency in research methodologies and tools, with a strong analytical mindset
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices for online content creation
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
