As a Talent Scout, your primary responsibility is to seek out and identify top talent across various industries to fulfill our company’s hiring needs. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our workforce by finding candidates with unique skills, strong potential, and a perfect fit for our corporate culture. Your keen eye for talent and strategic networking will ensure we remain competitive in our hiring efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source potential candidates using a variety of methods, including social media, networking events, and referrals
  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs
  • Research and assess industry trends to proactively target high-potential candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry contacts, influencers, and potential hires
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand specific talent needs for various roles
  • Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates to gauge interest and qualifications
  • Attend job fairs, conferences, and industry events to represent the company and engage with prospective talent
  • Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit through screening calls or meetings
  • Stay up to date with competitor hiring practices and market trends to adjust scouting strategies
  • Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and progress within the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related field
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) for talent sourcing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good understanding of various industries and the specific skills required for different roles
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple scouting projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM tools is a plus
