Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized Assistant Account Executive to support our account management team. The Assistant Account Executive will assist in managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and helping to ensure client satisfaction. This role is perfect for someone who is early in their career, has strong communication skills, and is eager to grow in the field of account management. Responsibilities

  • Support Account Executives with day-to-day tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining client records.
  • Assist in coordinating client projects, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email, addressing inquiries and providing updates as needed.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for client meetings.
  • Track project timelines and budgets, helping to identify and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and production, to support client needs.
  • Assist in preparing for client meetings by organizing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items.
  • Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge and account management skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build positive client relationships.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
