Responsibilities

• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions and ensure proper handling of payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing new shipments.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding returns, exchanges, and customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and promote a positive work environment.
• Participate in training programs and stay updated on product knowledge and promotions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining store standards.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
