Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Film Director to lead our upcoming projects. Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the production process, including casting, location scouting, set design, and scheduling.
• Work closely with the editing team during post-production to refine the final cut, ensuring the narrative and pacing align with the artistic vision.
• Conduct rehearsals and manage the filming process to ensure scenes are executed as planned.
• Communicate effectively with the entire production team, maintaining a collaborative and positive working environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance creative storytelling and production quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Film Director or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Deep understanding of film production processes, from pre-production to post-production.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a creative team.
• Strong storytelling and visual storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Proficiency in film editing software and production tools is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Relevant degree in Film Production, Directing, or a related field is preferred.
