The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales and providing exceptional customer service from the office. This role involves identifying potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, managing client relationships, and closing sales over the phone or via online platforms. The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and build a pipeline.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and provide information about products and services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase offerings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify potential leads and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Accurately enter and manage customer information in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and send proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close sales.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections.
