Descripción del trabajo

The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales and managing customer relationships within a designated geographical area. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client accounts, and achieving sales targets while promoting the company’s products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct regular sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and territory management plans.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a territory sales or outside sales role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily field-based, with travel to meet clients and prospects.
  • Fast-paced environment that requires adaptability and a proactive approach to sales.
