Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to support client goals.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling services.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients, gathering feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for account team members.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to anticipate client needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Supervisor, Senior Account Manager, or similar role in [industry or sector].
- Strong understanding of account management principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
