Responsibilities

- Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights to help the sales team achieve their goals.
- Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape and customer preferences, providing recommendations for product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Assist in forecasting sales and revenue projections, contributing to the overall business planning process.
- Support the development and implementation of sales initiatives and marketing campaigns by providing data-driven insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in sales analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analysis, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within a sales or marketing environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with sales processes is a plus.
