Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads through various outreach methods. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, and social media to identify potential leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and gather relevant information to prepare the sales team for successful engagements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted outreach strategies.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Research and identify potential clients and market trends to enhance outreach efforts.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events, webinars, or industry conferences to generate leads.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding lead quality and market trends.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
