Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Enterprise Account Executive to join our sales team. The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth within large enterprise accounts by developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process. Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within enterprise accounts, achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure profitable agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor account performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, with a successful track record of closing large deals and managing key accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise sales process and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
