Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify target markets and develop messaging that resonates with potential customers.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer success) to ensure alignment and maximize outreach efforts.
- Provide training and support to sales team members on best practices for outbound outreach and lead generation.
- Contribute to the development of sales collateral and promotional materials to support outreach initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in outbound sales or marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
