As an Overnight Stocker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and organized for the following day. This position involves working during the overnight hours to replenish inventory, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean and safe environment for both employees and customers. Responsibilities:

• Unload delivery trucks and transport merchandise to the sales floor or stockroom
• Stock shelves with products, ensuring items are faced, organized, and displayed according to company standards
• Rotate stock and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure freshness
• Assist in setting up promotional displays and end caps to enhance product visibility
• Keep the stockroom organized and free of clutter to facilitate efficient stocking processes
• Maintain cleanliness in the aisles, stockroom, and work areas to comply with safety and health standards
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet stocking deadlines
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies to management
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting customers when necessary
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in retail or stocking is a plus but not required
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
• Basic math skills for inventory management and stock counting
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Work Environment:

• Primarily indoor work in a retail store or warehouse setting
• Exposure to varying temperatures, especially when working in refrigerated sections
