We are currently seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to manage and oversee the daily operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our workplace environment is safe, efficient, and conducive to productivity. This role involves coordinating maintenance activities, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Assist in the planning and execution of facility upgrades and renovations
  • Develop and implement facility policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records of facility maintenance activities and inventory management
  • Coordinate logistics for office moves, space planning, and reconfigurations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related inquiries and issues
  • Monitor utility usage and implement energy-saving initiatives
  • Assist in budgeting for facility maintenance and improvement projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Facilities Coordinator or similar role
  • Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and maintenance practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards is a plus

Work Environment:

  • This position typically operates in an office environment, with frequent visits to various facility locations
  • May require some physical activity, including lifting, carrying, and moving equipment and supplies
  • The role may involve irregular hours for facility emergencies or special events
