We are looking for a detail-oriented part-time Bookkeeper to manage financial records and perform various accounting tasks. In this role, you will maintain accurate records of financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare reports for management.

Responsibilities:

  • Record financial transactions and ensure accuracy in ledgers and journals
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts on a regular basis
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
  • Assist with payroll and tax preparation tasks
  • Generate financial reports and summaries for management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
