Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. The Sales Enablement Specialist will be responsible for developing and delivering training, tools, and resources to empower our sales team to succeed. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of sales processes and tools. Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver sales training programs, including onboarding for new sales team members and ongoing skills development.
  • Create and maintain a repository of sales tools, resources, and content (e.g., sales playbooks, product guides, presentations).
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to identify gaps in skills and knowledge and design targeted enablement programs to address them.
  • Support the adoption of sales technology tools and ensure team members are trained on their effective use.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure that messaging, positioning, and content are aligned with sales goals.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of enablement programs, gathering feedback from the sales team to inform improvements.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools to continuously enhance enablement initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of sales metrics and KPIs to measure performance and track progress towards goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales enablement, training, or a related role, preferably in a B2B sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate sales teams.
  • Proficiency in sales enablement and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SalesLoft, Highspot).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for continuous learning and improvement.
