We are seeking a friendly and organized part-time Receptionist to greet visitors, manage phone calls, and assist with general office tasks. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and provide administrative support to the office team.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Perform data entry and other clerical tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Previous receptionist or office experience is a plus
