The Virtual Assistant provides remote administrative support, helping with tasks such as scheduling, email management, and data entry. This role is essential for keeping the day-to-day operations of the business running smoothly while allowing flexibility for remote work.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with the creation and formatting of documents and reports
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role is a plus
