The Event Planner Assistant supports event planners in organizing and executing various events, such as weddings, corporate meetings, and parties. This role provides flexible opportunities and the chance to be involved in creative planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating event logistics
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure services and materials
  • Help set up and break down event spaces
  • Attend events to provide on-site support and ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Maintain budgets and keep track of expenses

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Previous experience in event planning or related field is a plus
  • A passion for creativity and attention to detail
