We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Full-Time Office Administrator to handle administrative tasks and support the daily operations of the office. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communications within the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring resources are stocked
  • Prepare and organize office documents and reports
  • Assist with filing and record-keeping duties
  • Support office staff and management with administrative tasks
  • Ensure the office runs smoothly by handling day-to-day operational needs

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
