We are seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team by managing office tasks, handling communications, and maintaining schedules. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
- Handle filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Provide general support to visitors and staff
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
