We are hiring a part-time Barista to join our coffee shop team. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, and teas. Excellent customer service and attention to detail are key to succeeding in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other beverages according to company recipes
• Take orders and process payments
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar and seating area
• Restock supplies and ensure the coffee shop is well-stocked
• Provide friendly and efficient service to customers

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
