We are seeking a talented and imaginative Brand Designer & Illustrator to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the visual identity of our brand while creating stunning illustrations that resonate with our target audience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual representation across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, including logos, color palettes, typography, and overall visual identity
• Create original illustrations for marketing materials, product packaging, social media, and other digital and print media
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design visual assets that align with campaign strategies and brand goals
• Conduct market research and analyze competitors to inform design decisions and identify trends
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual representation across all platforms and materials
• Create style guides and branding resources for internal teams to ensure adherence to brand standards
• Present design concepts and illustrations to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs
• Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to keep our brand fresh and innovative
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
• Assist in the development of promotional materials, presentations, and other collateral as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in brand design and illustration, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other illustration tools
• Strong illustration skills with a unique style that aligns with our brand vision
• Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition
• Ability to translate complex concepts into visually compelling designs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to team members and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
