Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Bridal Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion and a keen understanding of bridal trends. The Bridal Stylist will provide personalized consultations, assist brides in selecting their wedding attire, and create a memorable shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet brides and their guests warmly, providing a welcoming atmosphere during consultations.
• Conduct personalized styling sessions to understand the bride’s vision, preferences, and wedding theme.
• Recommend bridal gowns, veils, accessories, and alterations that align with the bride’s style and body type.
• Stay updated on current bridal trends, designers, and fabric choices to provide informed advice.
• Assist with fittings and coordinate alterations with seamstresses to ensure the perfect fit.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing bridal salon, including displays and inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage appointment schedules and follow up with brides to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Participate in training and bridal events to enhance product knowledge and styling techniques.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in fashion, merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in bridal styling, retail, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for helping brides create their dream wedding look.
• Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, especially during peak bridal seasons.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple appointments effectively.

Work Environment: This position is primarily based in a bridal salon, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and engage with customers throughout the day. The Bridal Stylist will create a positive and supportive environment for brides during one of their most important shopping experiences.
