Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Administrator to join our sales team. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales department, managing sales data, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing sales presentations.
  • Maintain and update the customer database and CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products or services.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on products and services.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and quotes for clients.
  • Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and coordinating with the supply chain team.
  • Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
