Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and organized Sales Assistant to support our sales team and enhance the customer experience. The Sales Assistant will play a key role in maintaining positive client relationships, managing administrative tasks, and providing product information. Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and processing orders.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication with clients and timely order fulfillment.
- Support sales representatives by preparing sales documents, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
- Respond to customer questions and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner.
- Help organize and manage promotional activities, including product displays and events.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and assist in training sessions as needed.
- Monitor and restock supplies, brochures, and product samples as necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Assistant, Retail Sales Associate, or similar role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales, business, or related field is preferred.
Work Environment
