We are looking for hard-working and reliable Builders/Laborers to join our construction team. This position involves performing a variety of manual tasks to support construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the construction of buildings and other structures
• Load and unload materials from trucks
• Operate basic construction equipment, such as drills and saws
• Mix and pour concrete, assist with framing, and complete other building tasks
• Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear
• Assist tradespeople, such as electricians and plumbers, as needed
• Keep the worksite clean and organized

Requirements:

• Experience in construction or related work preferred
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Work Environment:

• Work is performed outdoors at construction sites, often in varying weather conditions
• Physical and manual labor is required throughout the day
• Opportunities to learn new construction skills and techniques on the job
