We are looking for enthusiastic Event Ushers to assist guests at concerts, sports events, and other large gatherings. This role involves ensuring that patrons find their seats and enjoy the event safely and comfortably.

Responsibilities:

• Check tickets and guide guests to their assigned seats
• Provide directions to facilities like restrooms or concessions
• Ensure guest safety and monitor crowd behavior
• Answer questions about the event and venue
• Assist with any emergencies or special needs requests
• Maintain order during the event and ensure smooth flow of foot traffic

Requirements:

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules

Work Environment:

• Typically located in concert halls, stadiums, or theaters
• Fast-paced environment with interaction with large crowds
• Physically active work, requiring standing and walking throughout the shift
