Job Description

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Call Center Representative to handle customer inquiries and provide support over the phone. You will help resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Provide information about products, services, or policies
  • Resolve customer issues, escalating problems when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Process orders, returns, or other customer requests
  • Meet daily performance goals for customer satisfaction and call handling

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using customer service software
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Prior call center or customer service experience is a plus

Work Environment:

  • Call center environment with a focus on customer interaction over the phone
  • Requires sitting for long periods and working with computers
  • Collaborative team environment with performance-based goals
