Responsibilities:

• Plant, water, and harvest crops according to farm schedules
• Operate basic farm equipment and tools
• Weed and maintain fields and crops
• Assist with packing and sorting harvested crops
• Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear
• Keep farm equipment and tools clean and properly stored

Requirements:

• Physical stamina to work long hours in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
• Basic knowledge of farming practices is a plus but not required
• Flexibility to work weekends and early mornings during peak season
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully
