We are hiring an Elevator Technician to install, repair, and maintain elevator systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. You will ensure that all elevators are operating safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Install and assemble elevator systems, including wiring and mechanical components
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on elevators and escalators
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues with elevator systems
• Ensure that elevators comply with safety regulations and industry standards
• Test elevator operation and adjust components as necessary
• Keep detailed service records for each elevator unit
• Respond to emergency service calls for elevator breakdowns

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of elevator systems, both mechanical and electrical
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing elevator systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints
• Good physical fitness and ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
• Elevator technician certification and relevant licenses required
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
