We are seeking a Home Appliance Repair Technician to diagnose and repair household appliances such as refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and washing machines. You will work directly with customers to provide timely and effective repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with home appliances
• Repair or replace defective components such as motors, compressors, and control systems
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on appliances
• Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer guidelines
• Provide customers with advice on proper maintenance and usage
• Maintain records of services provided and parts used
• Order replacement parts as needed and ensure timely delivery

Requirements:

• Experience in appliance repair or relevant technical field
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy appliances as required
• Valid driver’s license for traveling to customer locations

Work Environment:

• Work in customer homes and businesses
• Physically demanding tasks involving heavy lifting and working in confined spaces
• Frequent interaction with customers and support teams
