Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Live-In Household Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy household. You will be responsible for managing household staff, maintaining organization, and ensuring that all family needs are met efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the household, including scheduling and logistics
  • Manage and supervise household staff, including housekeepers, nannies, and gardeners
  • Coordinate household events, activities, and appointments for family members
  • Maintain inventory of household supplies and manage budgets
  • Ensure the home is clean, organized, and running smoothly
  • Act as a point of contact for service providers and contractors
  • Address any issues that arise promptly and effectively

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in household management or similar roles
  • Ability to live in the household full-time, with accommodation provided
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Work Environment:

  • Live in the employer’s home, overseeing all household functions
  • Physically moderate tasks related to household management and organization
  • Regular interaction with family members, staff, and service providers
