We are hiring a skilled Live-In Maintenance Technician to oversee the upkeep and repair of a residential property. Your expertise in general maintenance will ensure that the home remains safe, functional, and welcoming.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of the property, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Address repair requests from residents promptly and effectively
• Maintain the landscaping and outdoor areas, ensuring they are clean and safe
• Monitor security systems and address any safety concerns
• Maintain records of maintenance and repairs completed
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs as needed
• Assist in setting up and maintaining equipment for household events

Requirements:

• Previous experience in property maintenance, repair, or similar roles
• Ability to live on-site full-time, with accommodations provided
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of basic repair techniques and systems
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently
